In House Foreign Exchange

If your company has a foreign exchange requirement, why not outsource this to our specialist Inhouse FX Team who are set up to deal with such companies needs. Not only will you get exceptionally good exchange rates, but save a substantial amount of money each year.

Our strength lies in our ability to understand our clients' needs, whilst offering a wide range of services which include:

Risk Management

If your business relies on overseas markets (for importing or exporting) it is imperative that you are protected against foreign exchange risk, as a sudden fluctuation in the exchange rate at the wrong time could wipe out your profit margins. Even if you are using your bank for your foreign exchange, you may not be adequately protected.

Most businesses do not have the expertise or resources to manage this risk "in house", and this is where TorFX can work with you to create a proactive approach to help optimise your currency dealings.

Market Expertise

By keeping clients informed of developing trends and the latest market information we help optimise the timing of your transactions, and protect you from adverse market movements. Our analysts are well regarded in the industry, and frequently appear on CNBC business television and other financial news media to provide live comment on fast moving currency markets. By correctly predicting the severe weakness in the US Dollar in 2006, and the fall in the Pound in 2007, we were able to help clients avoid loss and maximise opportunities.

Forward Contracts

This option allows clients to lock in favourable exchange rates up to two years in advance. This is a vital tool for businesses who have future currency transactions to make, and wish to avoid exposure to volatile exchange rates.

Market Orders

Our market orders service allows you to leave dealing instructions with your TorFX dealer to execute trades at market levels you specify. You can leave a limit order to buy or sell currency when the market reaches a favourable rate, or a stoploss order to buy or sell if the market falls to a set rate. These order types help you maximise your opportunity, and minimise your risk.
