I have been using this service for more than a year and can not find fault. The level of attentiveness and service from staff is very high - simply not matched by my regular bank. The charges for the same service are so much lower they are almost incomparable. I will never use a high street bank for international money transactions again.

As an American living in Spain for 4 years I've watched the rise and fall (mostly) of the dollar and just moaned and groaned. I finally got proactive about getting a better exchange rate than offered by my US bank, Wells Fargo. Not only did I get a better rate...I got great customer service...and in English. I have been very pleased with the services of TORFX, and in particular the friendly help of Tom Trevorrow during the transfer of Euro funds from Germany for a property purchase in the UK. Dear Sir/Madam, It is not apparent to me how you could have improved your service to me at any stage of our dealings. Initially i was faced with a high Euro rate against Sterling and after searching the net found TorFX. I enrolled and then sold my property abroad and thanks to TorFX moved the money into their "Euro Holding Account"?. The Accounts Manager, Claire Webber, was absolutely magnificent in keeping me informed of the daily rate fluctuations,nothing was too much trouble for her,so much so it felt she had became part of the family with these daily conversations Finally, on the 4th May the market for Sterling against the Euro was the strongest for 13 months and so i unloaded the Euros. The mark up was four figures and as TorFX give a better rate of exchange than the High Street Banks the savings to my pocket were considerable. I cannot speak too highly of the Bank and certainly Claire whose professionalism throughout was a credit to her and the Bank. I would strongly recommend any Person/Company etc contemplating moving monies from overseas to the UK to go through TorFX. Words cannot start to express my satisfaction with TorFX. This was my first transaction using TorFX, which worked very well. The only hick up was I was not sure if you had received the beneficiary data. However when I tried to send it again, you confirmed you had received it. I do make a number of transfers a year to Australia as my Pension is paid in the UK. We live there from Mid September to mid May. However these payments are not regular either in terms of timing or amount. However when I need to transfer money in future I will use TorFX, rather than Lloyds TSB, which I did in the past. Having an account contact is a great help. Thanks you for your help.
